I am Alan Horne, Jr., a State Farm Insurance Agent with 14 years of experience, proudly assisting customers across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. Our office deeply values its connection to the communities we serve and where we have established roots, including Pickens, Gilmer, Cherokee, Fannin, Dawson, Gordon, Murray, and Forsyth Counties. We work diligently with both families and business owners throughout the region.

Since opening my agency in 2012, my focus has been on helping people navigate everyday risks and plan for significant life events. Our dedicated team offers Auto Insurance to help protect your transportation, Homeowners Insurance and Renters Insurance to safeguard your living space, and Life Insurance and Health Insurance to support long-term financial stability. We also provide Commercial Business Insurance, along with coverage for motorcycles, RVs, boats, and condos, as we continue to broaden our retirement and financial services to meet diverse needs.

I am a proud graduate of The University of Florida’s College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, and a Baseball Alumni. My upbringing in a public service family instilled in me a strong commitment to community involvement. Today, I continue this passion through my participation on the boards of the Boys and Girls Club of North Georgia, the Pickens County Ducks Unlimited Chapter, and the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce.

I live right here in the Jasper area, and outside the office, I often enjoy being outdoors, cooking, playing guitar, or embarking on new adventures with my wife Abbey, our daughter Dylan Kate, and our three dogs Murphy, Ladue, and June.

Our staff brings over 50 years of combined State Farm experience, and together, we genuinely enjoy helping people.
